Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy—sometimes called “talk therapy”—helps individuals, couples and families address emotional, psychological and relationship issues through communication with a mental health provider, such as a counselor or psychologist. The psychotherapists at Options can help you understand your feelings, recognize patterns, and learn new coping strategies.
